Meet Lola, My little vintage Airstream! As many of you know, I recently purchased this little gem and plan to give her a new life. I would like to invite you to join me on the journey as I transform her empty shell into a custom luxury space. Lola will eventually be used for many exciting things in the future. She will be my mobile office when I am on the road working ion the east coast, a pop-up retail space at shows and events, and best of all a luxury vacation rental in various locations along the eastern seaboard. Which means that you can not only follow along on this design journey, you too can experience one of our custom designs first hand. Some Fun Facts about Lola:
-She is a 1978 Airstream Argosy. Argosy's are painted Airstreams. This made Lola a fun choice because, yes, I plan to paint her. -She is 28ft long and has big panoramic windows on both the front and the back. Which means that guests can enjoy panoramic views from the sleeping quarters to the main living space. -Eventually everything but her frame, shell, and interior panels will be replaced. -She is going to be equipped to be an off the gird kind of gal The Design: -The plans for her design include, a solar package, composting toilets, smart feature upgrades, SMEG appliances, modern design features, work, sleep, cook, and hangout spaces. As each part of this design plan evolves and the renovation moves along, I will post about the journey and even invite you to participate in design decisions. I will share information on products, features, helpful tips, and all the stories in between. So follow, like, and share! Join the journey and take part in the process!

Hi Ellie! Lola is lovely...well, not currently, but the idea of Lola and all of her potential is lovely! I would certainly enjoy following along to witness her transformation. My husband worked briefly for Brevard Tiny House Company and I always enjoyed swinging by and seeing progress on the tiny homes. I loved how they designed tiny storage areas in unexpected places, as well as how modern it felt to be inside a finished home. No doubt Lola will have her share of delightful secrets to reveal to her owner as well as her future guests. Best of luck getting started!
