Scope of Work Estimate for Nick and Frank
Please see the proposed outline of services that EllieMAC Designs will provide for Design Serbices, at 157 Daylesford Blvd, Berwyn, PA 19312. Additional services can be added as needed. EllieMAC Designs will coordinate with the in house marketing department for all projects involved with branding. EllieMAC Designs will review all final purchased with client before purchases are places or the client will be asked to provide information on the purchased items so they can be noted in the design plan. The following is a list of the proposed services EllieMAC Designs will be providing.
· Create a space plan for the living area
o Assistance with furniture selections for living area
· Assist with selections for art/ accessories
· Create a design concept for the bar/ pass-through area in Kitchen
· Wall-covering selection for dining room
· Wall-covering, and or design for pass-through to powder bath
· Powder bath design
· This package includes 5 onsite visits
