Choosing my word for this upcoming year was a little more challenging than I thought it would be. In the past, the word has come to me rather quickly. After much thought, I decided my word for 2020 will be BUILD.

One of my favorite things to do in late December is to reflect on the year. It is always interesting to see how much accomplishment and growth came from the years events.

This has been a year of transformation for me. Many changes have been in the works. As a result I am reflecting a little further back than I have in years past.
